Jessica S. Hamilton has served as a natural resource policy advisor to Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski since February 2006. She earned her master's degree in Marine Resource Management from the College of Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University. Prior to attending graduate school, she served as field representative for U.S. Congressman David Wu, Oregon 1st Congressional District, where she specialized in environmental, technology, transportation, trade, and business issues. Before joining Governor Kulongoski's staff, Jessica served as Legislative Affairs Director for the Oregon League of Conservation Voters.
