Devon Grennan is with Global Diving & Salvage, Inc., a West Coast marine services contractor specializing in commercial diving, marine salvage, marine construction and emergency response services. Mr. Grennan has been with the company for 12 years, currently acts as General Manager, and is responsible for project bidding and estimating, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, site safety and regulatory compliance, contractual negotiation, project execution, and contract closure. Mr. Grennan acts as project manager of marine casualty operations and marine construction projects, and has direct experience in over 135+ emergency responses from Washington to California, and has worked extensively with the USCG, NOAA, and EPA, as well as state regulatory agencies.
