Will there be a virtual alternative this year?
Yes, CLEAN PACIFIC will be a hybrid model this year. You can attend in-person at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington or virtually. The virtual option will give you access to all conference sessions and the ability to connect with attendees (both in-person and virtual) and our exhibitors and sponsors. What health & safety measures will be in place at the venue?
The health and safety for our event attendees, exhibitors and sponsors is of the utmost concern and priority for CLEAN PACIFIC. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all at our events, we are committed to following the U.S. Travel Associations guidelines for business travel. We recognize that all events and venues are different, so we will update all of our participants on specific safety measures before we go onsite.
We’re working with the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport and our partners on an enhanced event hygiene protocol – going beyond health and safety “recommendations” to create an environment where you are safe to learn and connect with one another.
- High trafﬁc areas (such as handrails, escalators, door knobs, elevator buttons, etc.) will be disinfected by the hotel staff every two hours.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event.
- Masks are required (Seattle/Renton has issued a mask mandate in both indoor or outdoor spaces – read more here). Masks will be provided for any attendee who needs one.
- Physical distancing stickers and signage will be available for attendees and exhibitors.
- Conference sessions will be set to allow for proper physical distancing.
- One-way aisles and dedicated entry/exit points will be used whenever possible.
- Food and beverage services will be provided in a minimal contact way (i.e. no buffets, pre-packaged food is preferred and catering staff will be masked and gloved).
Where can you park at the Hotel?

As an alternative to valet parking, the Southport Public
Parking garage provides direct access to the hotel, retail & restaurants.

Is there a group discount to attend CLEAN PACIFIC?

Are there Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) available?
CLEAN PACIFIC offers a Certificate of Completion that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.
How do I get my badge?
Badges can be picked up during registration hours at our registration desk located inside the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the Hotel might be cool and temperatures vary during the day/night in Renton.
What is the registration cancelation policy?
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to CLEAN PACIFIC. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (301) 354-2101.
CANCELLATIONS: All sales for CLEAN PACIFIC are final. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite or access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind.
